What data we process
Your name, phone number, email address, message and the documents you send us for translation (and the information they contain), whether through our forms, email, phone or WhatsApp.
Why
To assess your translation or consulting request, send you a price and timeline, communicate with you and deliver the service. Your data is never used for marketing or sold.
Legal basis
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing or performing a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). If your documents contain special categories of data such as health information, these are processed only for the translation and on the basis of your explicit consent.
Who receives it
Where your request requires it: notaries, official institutions and the translator assigned to the job. The website runs on Cloudflare and email on Purelymail; their servers may be located outside Türkiye.
How long we keep it
Requests and documents sent through the website forms are deleted automatically after 60 days. Records of completed jobs are kept for the periods required by law.
Cookies
This website does not place cookies in visitors' browsers or track visits. A session cookie is used only for authorised staff signing in to the blog panel.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to info@sinatercume.com or to the postal address above; we reply within 30 days.
